The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall govern your use of and access to the Zoytrip.com website (the “Website”). The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Zoytrip” shall mean Benetrip Inc., a Nevada corporation, and its subsidiaries and corporate affiliates. The term “you” shall mean the customer accessing or using this Website.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to accept and be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions without any modification. You shall not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Zoytrip reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and you agree to accept and be bound by those Terms and Conditions that are in effect at the time of your access to or use of the Website.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant as follows:
• you are at least 18 years of age;
• you shall use the Website in accordance with the Terms and Conditions;
• any and all information provided by you on this Website is true, accurate, complete and current; and
• you shall safeguard your account information.
You shall not:
• publish any Website material or content;
• use any Website material or content for any commercial purpose;
• use this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;
• use this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website;
• use this Website in violation of any applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the Website or to any person or business entity;
• engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website;
• use this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing.
Zoytrip may at any time, with or without cause, in its sole and absolute discretion, restrict your access to any or all areas of this Website and/or its contents and materials. Zoytrip may, with cause, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel your bookings, close your accounts or take any other action that it deems necessary.
The term “your content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other materials provided or submitted by you on this Website. By displaying your content, you grant Zoytrip and any affiliates, partners or related travel service providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute in any and all media. You agree and acknowledge that your content is not confidential or proprietary, and Zoytrip shall not be liable or responsible for your content that is submitted by you.
Your content must be your own, must not violate any laws, and must not infringe or violate any rights of any third party. Zoytrip reserves the right to remove any of your content from this Website at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than your content, Zoytrip and/or our licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. Zoytrip grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for the purpose of viewing and accessing the materials and content available on the Website.
Payment, Cancellation, No-shows, and Other Reservation Conditions
By making a reservation on this Website, you agree to accept and be bound by any applicable payment, cancellation, no-show and other reservation conditions and policies set forth on this Website and/or otherwise required by Zoytrip and/or its affiliates, partners and travel service providers.
Cancellations received after the cancellation due date are subject to a minimum 1 (ONE) night cancellation fee, unless you are notified differently via confirmation email.
Failure to check in or arrive at your hotel will be handled as a late cancellation and will result in a minimum cancelation fee of 1 (ONE) night, or more, per room. This applies unless the confirmation email received specifies differently.
You must make all changes to your reservation directly through Zoytrip and not with the hotel(s). This applies to but is not limited to changes of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival, or cancellations, whether partial or full.

Penalty charges: Please be aware, there may be a penalty fee charged by a hotel for failure to cancel reservations before the required deadline. Penalty charges may also be assessed for reducing the duration of your stay. If a charge is incurred the amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Normally, the cancellation cut-off date is 14 days prior to the arrival date at the hotel. Cancelations made outside the cut-off date will result in a penalty charge of 1 (ONE) night minimum per room.
Valid, qualified cancellation requests received through approved methods and within the required cut-off period will be refunded through the original form of payment. Zoytrip may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternate method of reimbursement. Any penalty assessed will be deducted from the refund. Please allow up to 10 (TEN) business days for processing. Bank and/or credit card institutions may vary on response time.
Requests made past the cut-off date or shortened stays may require a longer time to process. These will require information sent from the hotel prior to a refund being issued. These returns may take longer than 10 (TEN) days.
This Website, including any content, information, software, products and services, are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Zoytrip makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning or relating to this Website, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, suitability, fitness, title and non-infringement.
Zoytrip does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims all liability for, any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information, products and services on the Website.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zoytrip or any of its affiliates, partners, agents, officers, directors and employees be liable for any claims or direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your access or use of this Website, whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, consumer protection statutes, or otherwise.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zoytrip, its affiliates, partners and travel service providers and any of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind, including without limitation attorneys’ fees, relating to or arising from your breach of the Terms and Conditions, your access or use of this Website and/or your violation of any laws or rights of third parties.
These Terms and Conditions, and any other terms and conditions or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zoytrip with respect to this Website, and supersede all prior agreements, communications and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, and you submit to the jurisdiction of any state or federal court sitting in the State of Nevada in any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions
